About Us

At Top Chef Cooking Studio we are, first and foremost, a team of passionate gourmets eager to share our enthusiasm for cooking and to pass on our culinary skills.

We offer a range of tailor-made cooking classes for both adults & children as well as private culinary functions, fun parties and creative and ambitious corporate events in our state-of-the-art professional kitchen with a modern twist.

We welcome you into our friendly, homely setting, located in the heart of Jumeirah.

Nadira Benaissa

Founder and soul of the Studio, Nadira is an enthusiastic modern art lover with an expert eye for detail that shows through in the studio's bright and cheerful decor.

Chef Cristina Mennah

Chef Cristina Mennah has joined Top Chef Team with International Culinary Experience in France, Thailand, USA & Mexico. She will take you on a journey to South America and Thailand through her mouth-watering menus every month and she also leads our regular classes.

Chef Thibaut Bertin

Chef Thibaut is French and is joining us straight from the Atmosphere restaurant in Burj Khalifa! Before cooking perched at the 122nd floor, Chef Thibaut has honed his skills in some of the finest kitchens around the world. He will animate most of our classes… and the good news is that, on top of being an amazing chef… he’s got a sweet tooth!
Fun fact, this globe-trotter speaks 5 languages, included Chinese!

Chef Michael Fessler

Chef Michael is a 30-year-old Swiss Chef who began his culinary journey at the most prestigious F&B School in the world, the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon. He has joined the Top Chef team as a consultant for our Top Chef at Home and when we need his help.
He had the privilege of working with and being mentored by some of France’s finest chefs, including Christian Le Squer and Frederic Vardon, both Michelin starred. His passion for refined cuisine pushes him to constantly perfect his methods.
He has travelled the world working in Brazil with Claude Troisgros, Switzerland, France and Middle East.
